My rendition of Bach's Invention in C

Hello all, I've had a go at recording Bach's Invention in C. It's the first piece which I've really felt challenged by, and after lots of practice I think I'm getting to the stage where I'm almost done with it. http://www.box.net/shared/co712g13emI'm limited by my technique at the moment - I've only been playing around 5 months - so I feel that even though it could be better, I'll progress better by trying something new then perhaps going back to it. I've tried numerous times to record it, and there's always bits I don't like, but this is about as good a shot at it that I can make at the moment. Any comments or constructive critiques? - I know it's far from perfect so fire away! Thanks all. Robin

Very nice, Robin. I've been playing 3 years and working on that piece for at least 6 months, and I can't play it that well. One thing I might suggest is looking at this page on Bach notations. There are various ways of doing the trills and mordants, and the link offers some good info.

Thank you for all your kind comments - I feel quite proud of myself! Johan - I used to play the drums, for quite a few years as well, but I'm better at piano now than I ever was at drums.
Thanks for the link bluekeys. I didn't realise there was more than one way to do it..
