And . . . all our outdoor pools are closing today! Pools remind me of SUMMER, so this is a sign of the end of SUMMER!

This is a good example of why we call him Jerry The Fearless...Conquerer the highest water fall, able to leap low to medium height buildings (he says it's easier to land than gain altitude)...Oh Fearless One!!!!! where are you. Out on his jet skies I suppose...hehe

Flying, can't you tell? I had that landing timed perfectly off from Niagara Falls. Diane had a HUGE puffed up mattress for me to land on. Unfortunately, at the last minute, she poked it full of holes and sank it. Thanks Diane... That landing hurt!

Yeah, it's easier to land alright. Right on my rear end during the winter time on the walk to my car!

One time, my son Jer who was about 4 or 5 years old and I (did I tell this story already? To late, gonna tell it again anyway) watched this woman walking down the sidewalk from our front window in our first house. It was icy. It didn't take long for her to start flailing her arms. It didn't take much longer for her to land directly onto her backside either. We both stood there laughing our heads off.

Shortly after that, Jer and I walked out to the car parked in the driveway to go to the store. As I was approaching the car, I hit a patch of ice and crashed right onto my butt on the cement and slid halfway under the car. You should have heard that little guy laughing. He said, "see dad! You shouldn't have laughed so hard at that lady across the street. Now God is laughing at you and so 'is' I!"

I admit, I laughed right along with Jer when I fell too.

Well..... It's what happens when you get that new strain of the N1H1 swine flu. It's horrible! This leaves scaring and damage to the head and shoulder region of the body. Good thing they've got that new medicine for it. Pork chops!
