Does anyone have any personal experience with the Edwards Sound Reduction Kits?

--Is the sound reduction appreciable?
--Do the pads/baffles tend to change the "quality" of the sound or "muffle" the sound of the piano (by suppressing high frequencies more than low frequencies) or are they designed such that SPL reduction is even across the entire frequency spectrum of the piano (much like musician's earplugs)? I would imagine they are not that sophisticated (seems like nothing more than a piece of foam), but not sure.
--How much do they cost (no ordering or pricing info on the website)?

I live in a townhouse so when I finally decide on a piano I anticipate the need to implement some sound dampening measures. The townhouses are fairly well insulated in the shared walls, but I'm sure some of the sound will still make it through.

Thanks,

Brent
