UK and others = gear stick and fork in the left hand....


I think fork in the left hand is pretty much the "correct" way to eat in all European nations including the US, although I can't speak for Eastern Europe and Russia but I'm pretty sure its the same.

Yep, it can be awkward changing gear whilst eating but at least it leaves your RH free for your Mobile/Cell Phone. Coordinating all three can be difficult at first, I recommend hands separate practice

I'm left-handed and my left hand is more problematic at the piano.
