Damn, looks like all my beats are gone!! I got this Yamaha CVP59S elpiano which records MIDI onto floppy disks. Yesterday I wanted to transfer all my stuff over to PC. So I put the disk in my PC, but then Windows XP asked me if I wanted to format. I said no of course, and immediately took it out. But now when I put it back into my Yamaha, it keeps asking me if I want to format it.. What happened???? My beats????????? As far as I know it didn't touch any of the actual MIDI, just modified some headers or whatever, messing up the compatibility? Is there any way to save what was once on that disk?
Thanks y'all..
tony

Hey. I'm a frequent poster on Digg and Reddit, and while throwing the F-bomb every other word is fine there, it is frowned on here, and may get you banned. I would edit your post and clean it up a bit if you want to get constructive responses! In the meantime, you may want to try one of these tools or similar software items: http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.ph...t=data+recovery
