Notice that Wynton says the best musicians listen and imitate. When you hear a good sound, you're able to develop a good sound.

This blows the theory out of those who say "find your own voice" and don't imitate others. The ONLY way to get there is to listen to everything, hear what you like and assimilate it into your playing.

A bit of misnomer with the title, but I have to say it's pretty funny.
