Does any one know of an instructor who knows the 380 and can help me adjust the settings and walk me thru the different functions particularly saving songs to a flash drive....??/

RDW22, this information should be explained in detail in the CLP-380 owner's manual.
If you do not feel confident operating the instrument, I would recommend visiting the dealer from it was purchased and asking a salesperson to guide you through the main features.
