Why the bump, and a reposting of comments you made earlier?

It might be hard to get the attention of my new Hailun customer and his entire family who are enjoying their new piano immensely!

Research is easily accomplished quickly via the internet when a buying decision is imminent, and especially when such research yields sufficient information to make an easy decision.

I bumped it because the Captain had said:

Quote:
I'm sure many will ask what the deciding factors were for me, so I will try to add this on to the thread once I take delivery of the Hailun HG161-G.

I guess the Captain let us down because you say he already has the piano and we didn't get our add-on. I had been waiting to break out the bubbly. frown

There was also something odd about the thread from the beginning. Somehow I had a sense that you were involved. Don't get me wrong. Nice piano for sure, but you're a little obvious. Why would you need to get his attention unless you were pulling his strings in the first place? Here all this time I thought it was a dialogue between Bubbles and this forum community. grin Silly me!

Turandot, I meant that YOU might have a hard time getting the poster's attention, as is often the case after the purchase has been made.

What might have made this thread seem odd, is that the Hailun was being compared to a less expensive piano.

In this area the competition will say 'Oh that's a Chinese piano, this Indonesian one is better...' and things like that.

It's nice that folks can turn to the forums for advise, from people as knowledgeable as you.

No suspicion necessary.

Whatever. You asked me a question and I answered it. Each reader can and will reach his own conclusion about forum manipulation by retailers.

The Hailun 161 is a lot of piano for the money. Let's leave it at that.
