Hello, Since nobody answered to my long question http://www.pianoworld.com/forum/ubbthrea...tml#Post1309012I'll try to narrow down to my high end choices: New Yamaha YUS5 in a small room (too loud?)with digital by it to take classes comfortably and practice with privacy. Or 2000 Kawai RX-3 very well taken care of. Price is very similar 8-9000 EUR both of them I'm a begginer adult and my 3 year old son is starting classes next month. I'll appreciate advice from everyone that know first hand this pianos :-) Thanks in advance.

Yep, RX-3 but make sure you have it checked out.
I am sure the YUS5 would be a great choice as well.
Have fun.

Thanks to all,
I saw it yesterday and it seems to have only minor scratches here and there. Also humidity in my area has the thin strings slightly oxidated, but I've been told it is normal and it doesn't affect sound. I'll double check with a pro, though.
regards,
