I owned a CDP 100 and I would recommend it to you only if you plan to use headphones. The sound with headphones is remarkbly good for a $400 digital piano but the built-in speakers are too small and not of great quality.

Are these the only options? The PX120 is discontinued and replaced by the PX130. So I hope you are getting some kind of discount.
Do you really need an 88 key digital piano? Would a standard keyboard with a piano sound and say 76 keys do as well?

Thanks. Yes, I've decided that the CDP-100 is what I'm going with. I just like the action of the keys more than the Privia PX 120. I must have spent 3 hours at guitar center trying to make my decision. In the end, I just felt that the Px 120 just had a tinny sound and the CDP had a fuller more responsive sound.
Luckily there's gonna be a crazy sale on em this Friday! Woot!

Asian, The CDP 100 isn't the best choice. For one thing, the sound source (HL) is inferior to what the PX-120 uses (AIF). The CDP also has noisy action and the keys will likely make loud clacking noises after some use. The PX-120 is a better piano just on polyphony alone. I agree that the on board speakers are limited and not great sounding, but it sounds much better through headphones. While I'm on the subject, have you tried the PX-130 which is superior to both of these with better keyboard action and a 4 layer piano sample? If you have not played one of these, I would encourage you to do so before you lay down your money for a CDP-100.
