Yes, I'm sure they do. Having a tough time with some homework today? Don't get thrown off by the fact that there are so many notes on the page. Basically all you have to do is find out which patterns are repeated, and which patterns are completely different.

I shall print it and perform it tonight. It looks like a "trademark" piece of Scarlatti without the difficulty. I shall provide performance advice tomorrow.

Thanks guys,it's not homework actually, I guess what I was asking was after I had analysed the piece and found the structure I found it didn't fit any formal structure that I was familiar with. So I guess what I was asking is does it fit a standard formal structure or is it just a pattern of A-B-A1-C-A3-D-A4. If it doesn't is there a name for that.Apologies for not makng myself clearer.

It is a momentum perpetuum and therefore stands something like a tocatta. It is loosely written in A-B-A form with a C-minor, G-minor, F-minor, C-minor modulation. For performance single notes should be played by the oposite hand. I start rh/lh ensuring the long scales are played by the right hand. The couplets & dotted crotchet sections should be seperated for the r & lh's. Ensure you hold the octve's in the base for precisely an octave beat. Keep a careful eye on ALL rests. It needs to be played very fast and lightly.
