When there is a D.C. al Fine or D.C al Coda, and there are repeats with 1 and 2 endings between the D.C. and the Fine/Coda, do you have to go through both endings again or just the second one?

Unless there are other instructions, or unless it seems obviously necessary to you, I would leave out first endings during a D.C.
