I bought a CLP 295 and waiting for delivery. The CLP 295 has the mini-grand piano shape with the cabinet in the back. Total depth is just under 4 feet. When it is delivered, I will have to get it down to my basement. My question: How many pieces is a CLP 295 delivered in? If the only detachable pieces are the legs, I may have trouble getting it into my basement.

The legs and the pedal lyre assembly detach. Turned vertical, it is then only 12" wide.

Have you looked in the user's manual? There are diagrams in the back. (all of Yamaha's manuals are on-line.)

I'd bet a lot that the cardboard box the unit is shipped in would fit through a normal doorway. If not the delivery guys would have problems.
