My HP207 is now three weeks old, and I notice that when I play firmly, I will often hear a ringing sound. I have not tried the piano with headphones as of yet, so I am not sure if it is the speakers or something else. I hear theis when using Grand Piano I, which I use about 99% of the time. It is not like the sound that I hear on my teacher's Kawai GM piano. Thanks for your help.

Did you try changing the keyboard touch to heavy?

Have you tried doing a factory reset...the protocol should be in the manual?

Seems to be an effect that is set too high....maybe Reverb?
