What do brand new GW7 sell for in your location? I figure about 2/3 of that price is fair.

It's replacement, the GW-8, is around $1000 USD. MSRP: $1,149.00

The GW-7 must have been close to that when new.

so its a bargain. but when comparing the sound quality is this better than the E-09?
im planning to buy an E-09 this 24 but if the g2-7 is better, i'll buy a 2nd hand gw-7 then. smile Happy Holidays everyone! smile

You could try checking out the reviews on Harmony Central

I use arranger keyboards, but only by Yamaha and Korg.

Yamaha and Korg? what models do you usually use?

what i'm really after are the sax, pianos, e-pianos sounds. but i would also like to have good synth voices.
