Greetings from ROmania!

I've seen here in a music shop a multipurpose 61-key keyboard and 88-key digital piano by the so far unknown brand Roling's. They seem similar in options to 2-3 years earlier Yamahas, quite sturdily built but with less sleek design, polish etc.

The keyboard has touch-sensitive but unweighted keys, quite uniform in sensitiveness and well amortized (better than my Casio).
The piano is mainly a piano substitute, very few other voice types. Weighted keys, touch also feels quite uniform and OK.

Another brand that was introduced more than a year ago at the main hypermarket chain Carrefour was Delson. Had a 61-key keyboard priced less than half a Yamaha, but key action felt really sloppy and unequal in triggering the dynamic sensor - really no control if wanting to play pp (some keys played p, others not at all). Also a weighted-key digital piano, quite better but also quite more expensive, more than a Yamaha DGX-520. But it had 'proper' furniture ;-) and piano-looking 3 pedals.

So, overall, what do you think of these low-end me-too offerings ? May be useful to extend the range in a poor country like ours ? What to look for to distinguish a functional bargain from a pure disaster ?

Found lots of hits on European sites for Delsons, couldn't find anything positive or negative from someone who owns one. Several hits on Roling on sites in languages I couldn't read. I'd say wait for other replies and hope someone knows more about their quality.
