Any advice about the Yamaha 635?

You have to state the intended use of the piano. They are neither good nor bad but matched to an intended use or not.

If you want a GHS based Yamaha that has many voices and auto accompanyment. then the 635 is great. The P85 is cheaper and more piano focused and has the same key action. Depends what you need.

One thing you can do is list out the features you want, in order and set a budget.
