Hi All
I'm wondering how do I find a piano teacher. I'm in Edinburgh city. But I was wondering how others find there's.
I've looked in the local newspaper and on google but there is only a handfull.
Surely there must be more than a handfull teaching piano
Any help guys and girls

One of my ex piano teachers used to live in Edinburgh but unfortunately he died last year :-( There are lots of Music Students in Edinburgh and ex music students learning how to be teachers so they might be a good source and maybe might work for a bit less money. Try this link: http://www.music.ed.ac.uk/ There's a contact link on the page so you might get some joy there.. cheers

This may help: http://www.epta-uk.org/FindaTeacher . No guarantee of quality though - Ask if they're familiar with Tobias Matthay.
