I am a (very proud) owner of a Korg sp250. I have to say it´s a very good instrument, especially for its price. However, since I don´t have it with me, I might buy a new stage piano while "upgrading" it to something a bit better (and pricier), such as a Roland fp4 of fp7. My basic question is:
Is it worth it? Are the Roland fp4 and fp7 sounds and feel of the keyboard superior to the Korg sp 250?

The FP4 and FP7 have very different keyboard actions. Quite a bit apart. I think the FP7 would be an upgrade

I was unable to try a SP250 but was able to play one of Korg $2000+ workstations that had the same keys. I think you'd want to go with the FP7
