Find a way to capture the sound other then using the camera's built-in mic and get some more light. A big 500W work lamp from Home Depot aimed at the ceiling or a nearby wall would put a lot of soft defuse light on the subject. It's good that you made the recording but just a few no/low cost changes in recording technique could make this much better.
