Here's my top favs: Summer: Gymnastics Swimming Indoor volleyball Table tennis Rowing (eights) Winter Long track speed skating Short track speed skating Alpine skiing Nordic combined Biathlon Snowboarding Luge Skeleton (talk about dangerous...) HomeInMyShoes Full Member Registered: 02/17/09 Posts: 495	Winter is definitely short track speed skating. It's like roller derby on ice. Very entertaining. Somewhat sad that crashes often determine winners, but the entertainment is definitely there. I also like ski jumping for some weird reason, hockey and curling. Summer is the track events, especially the craziness that is the heptathlon (spelling?). I love the marathon for getting a chance to see lots of the street level in the cities the Olympics are held in.
