A friend has taken on the Lowrey line of organs and a part of the program is free music lessons. I was invited to the training session for music instructors and had a great time. The training was done by a gentleman named Dennis Awe. He's a really nice guy with an interesting background. I looked him up on the web when I got home last night Link . His bio page is pretty neat. Today I get to go back for day 2 of the training.

Dennis has been around for a long time.
Dennis is a talented entertainer.

I remember him from when I sold Lowrey organs in the late 60's/early 70's.
Hey, come to think of it, that means I've been around a long time too :-)

I believe he did some concerts for us when I worked for Curtis Music Stores in Massachusetts (North Shore area).

Ken and Frank,

I know Dennis and when I last visited with him in June, I told him that he has not changed a bit or aged since the first occasion I had to meet him in 1973. He is a talented guy and a very popular entertainer among the home organ buffs.
