I liked it. I like its approachability, a useful teaching piece.

One suggestion: In your resolution in mm. 30-32, particularly m. 32, you might trying resolving the LH top F down to Eb and then D - or something.

What is your goal with this piece?

It was for a teaching piece in a course I was writting last year and never finished.

I'll experiment with your idea for m32.
