I really liked this! I'm not a trained composer so maybe I shouldn't even be in this forum () and I can't really talk technique. Still, I love the interplay of the instruments and can imagine what the real thing would sound like. Play by a real quartet would really make this. Any chance of an updated real-life recording? And is it composed for anything in particular?

I can't afford two live violinists, one human violist and one cellist dude.

I composed it simply for the joy of composing.

What I was curious about this one in particular was the choice of F major and a flats signature for strings.

I originally wrote it in E but I didn't like it there, so I raised it a half-step.

Yes, I know that strings usually sound better in sharp keys, but they can play flats too.

That's a real shame. You need to get yourself some string-playing friends!
