La Campanella doesn't have tender slow parts....all tender tones are too short.....also, as you wrote, timing is more than one minute......La Campanella is a difficult piece but not impossible :-)

What about Chopin Ballade No.1 G-moll? It has everything from ppp to fff.

P.S. Sorry I've missed the "under 1 minute" part. I am not sure if there is such a piece in the classical piano repertoire - both short and varying in dynamics so much smile

P.P.S. Excerpt from Ballade 1 can be heard currently on the Roland US demo for V-Piano as well as among the demos for Pianoteq.

How about someone pick a piece that has all of my desired elements and do a "shorter" version of it - sort of a classical mash-up as it were? Or point me to a decent MIDI file that isn't too restricted copyright-wise and I'll give editing it a go.
