An interesting visualization of Piano Music makes use of the repetitive design of the piano, 12 semitones on black and white keys, and maps it onto a spiral where each ring of the spiral indicates another octave... Pedagogia Full Member Registered: 02/14/09 Posts: 53 Loc: Australia	There is a piece of software called o-generator that uses a similar circle to help visualise and place sounds/loops within 1 revolution. Not so flexible as say a linear piece of music software for composition and it is fairly pre-set with loops, beats, sounds etc. But interesting that he circle/visual thing being used for music - pitch & rhythm. BB
