It's a series of little muscular twinges and sprainy-type feelings that come and go on back of hand. I can play, and it's not really painful, but it does limit my time at the piano because I don't want to make it worse..

I'm certain it's an overuse thing, and that it's not serious in and of itself, but thought I'd throw this out there to see if anyone else has had it and what they did about it..I was just about rid of it, but overdid my playing again (of course) and now it's back...

By the way, right hand only...

Switch to using your computer mouse to your left hand. It's not that hard to do, after a short learning curve.

Good idea. I'm a writer, constantly writing, typing, clicking etc. on top of the piano..

(well, no, I don't do all that literally on top of the piano :>)
