Hey everyone,
I was looking at selling some books to online used bookstores.
Since I've already bought my piano, I put in the ISBN for the Larry Fine '08-'09 Supplement...
And just about fell out of my chair. I'm finding places offering me $40-$50 for it (I bought it when it came out, for probably $20 on Amazon).
So - I started looking at Amazon and Half.com, and people are selling their used copies for $100-$200 (well, they're *asking* that much - I'm not sure if they're *selling*).
What's going on?
Is there some secret reason that I should hold on to the book? Or is it just that it's the most recent print version, and is now out of print?
Thanks!

Got mine on ebooks for about $15.00 US. You have to read it on-line though

Didn't you see where it said that was the copy owned by Horowitz?

Didn't you see where it said that was the copy owned by Horowitz? LOL Must have missed that part! Well, I gave it some thought and really couldn't justify keeping the old version, since I'm not in the piano business and likely won't be buying a second piano anytime soon... and since the *older* copies all seem to be worth much less... I missed the store that was offering me $47 (drats) - but still got $30 for it. Checked my Amazon history and only paid $13.50 for it - so I think I did ok. Who knew the book-of-piano-prices would be an actual investment that would end up giving me >100% return though! I should have bought extra copies!
