Hello all.
I bought a dp from amazon.com via umbrella music.
I ordered it Sunday the 7th up until now there is no package sent.
First they sent me a track and trace number. Then it seemed it was incorrect. The next day I got a good one.
They said that the dp would arrive between 11th and 17th. If I email them I got response after 24 hours. If I use their "call us now" button they are not availeble and I need to leave a message.

Very bad service. Then I decided to call the carrier. They said that the store sent the item but they sent it with mail and not express or something. So the package was too heavy to sent. Now, today thursday, the carrier will try to sent the dp back to the store so they can sent it again the
the right way... So I will not have the package for another week I guess. I hope that they sent it the right way next time.

Just needed to say this.

There are advantages and disadvantages to buying over the Internet as opposed to buying from a local dealer.

This is a prime example of the downside of Internet purchases.

Yes this is an amazing downside. But it was 200€ cheaper on the Internet then at my local store. So I need to consider this again next time I buy a dp.

And THAT is one of the upsides!
