Killer (short for Killer Kawai RX 6 in satin ebony), Brian, my bassist/life partner/engineer and I were really busy today. We recorded 5 tunes to "copyright level" (enough to get the info protected but not to performance recording level).

"Endless Sunsets" features Killer, Viola Goddess, Sabrina Cabral, and bassist (and engineer) extraordinaire Brian Wright. There's a tiny bit of mixing left to do, then just mastering, which will be pretty easy b/c Sabrina and Brian hit just the right dynamics.

We bundled 13 tunes total and received LOC confirmation for the Suite of works. As soon as ES is completed, I'll post the tune--although it wasn't videoed-- not enough hands on deck-- so maybe we'll do a montage of pictures to accompany it.
I'll be very interested in feedback from other composers here. Stay tuned-- we should have it up in a few days!!!! Very excited fledgling composer who loves KILLER!

Ok, once you do get the registration aproved, then do post so we have something to listen and to talk about!

A total of 13- 5 were done in one day, the 6th was recorded to performance level already and so were 7 others.

Received approval online for all 13 songs late last night from the LOC!

The Library of Congress doesn't review music for approval. As long as you paid, it will be accepted. In an infringement case, the earlier copyright will carry more wait.

I hope you registered them as a collection, rather than each song separately. Otherwise it cost you a fortune.

I'll look forwarded in hearing a song or two from your collection.

Yes, thankfully, someone told me about registering as a "Suite" of works. Thank you for pointing that out to me or others who may not know that.

YEAH THAT WOULD NOT BE COST EFFECTIVE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS! I've also found that unless we upload the mp3s using Firefox, all kinds of snafus occur.
