Are you using a voice on the keyboard which is a piano/string blend? I think it would work better if the piano and strings were recorded as separate tracks so the mellowness of the strings could be played off against the liveliness of the piano.

I enjoyed your composition and tend to agree with Chris G about separating the string section. This piece is quite active and forceful with its' major 5 to 1 repeats and the strings' collective attacks are too short in duration. This is a common problem with tunes that clip right along.
I enjoyed it very much. Very nice!

It works very well as a computer game track. Covers grandiosity and urgency - just as a heroic dance should! wink
