"For Sightreading, Book 2, Easy Classical Pieces for Piano" by Leonhard Deutsch. Heritage Music Publications, Inc. NY, NY.
Does anybody have a copy or know the whereabouts of one?
It's long out of print, and I've done a pretty exhaustive search on the web. It's driving me a little crazy because after some looking I finally located book 1 (59 Folk Songs of Various Nations), but I can't find book 2 anywhere. I thought maybe the teachers' forum would be the best bet.
Thanks.

Thanks for looking, Frycek. I'm pretty sure I checked there also.
I was hoping maybe somebody had one in their pile of books that they would either be willing to part with or willing to make a photocopy for me (I'm not an intellectual property attorney, but I don't think the publisher even exists anymore, so I can't imagine there would be any copyright issues).

I had a copy but I think my mother threw it out when she thought I no longer wanted it. It had no fingering at all and was specifically for sight-reading. I know I don't have it in the music books I have now but it was good material for that purpose. Ralph Addendum: Found a book by him on AMAZON for sightreading. A lot more than the couple of bucks I paid but then prices have gone up. Here's the URL: http://www.amazon.com/Piano-Guided-Sight-Reading-Leonhard-Deutsch/dp/1406745006

Thanks for that link, Varcon, but I do have that one. I'm looking just for the specific one I mentioned above. If you hear somebody digging through your trash, pay no attention.
