My tech just finished tuning it, and gave high marks for it's condition. For being 34 years old, it's in amazing shape. Little wear on hammers, and a great tone. Thanks to all the advise, I had a full page of things to look at when I went to check it out, before buying. It wasn't logistically possible to get a tech over there for an eval, before I bought it, so, this was invaluable for making and educated decision. I opened it up when it got home and cleaned everything....not a quick process, but worth the result. Here's one pic as I just started taking it apart: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2441/4485379632_5dc451a488_o.jpg
