My Yamaha Clavinova, maybe other brands as well, uses floppy dive to read and store MIDI data. Sony announced stop makine floppy drives. Do you know is there any USB adapter to replace this floppy drive interface?

As was said above, must this be a floppy disk drive or will the piano support any USB mass storage device? Try a very small USB memory stick. Less then 2GB

If this fails to work, and it might if Yamaha did not folow standards for reading/wrings USB mass storage then you will need to use a MIDI connected computer to store and play MIDI data. This can work very well because you will also be able to edit, transpose and print the music.

Some USB devices were built before standards for them were widely used. So I give the USB memory idea about a 50/50 chance depending on the age of your piano. The MIDI connected computer has a 100% chance of working

Beware, these are expensive!

So far I have read, Verbatim continues to make floppy disks.
They are widely in use still nowadays and will probably available for some additional years.

Sony may have stopped making the disks/drives, but other companies, such as Maxell Memorex, Imation and Verbatim are still manufacturing them. There are so many industries such as entertainment, telecom, industrial controls and automation using floppy disks and drives that they will not be going away completely any time soon.
