I want to buy a keyboard Yamaha Motif xs7 or Yamaha s70xs, please, anybody, who have used these keyboards, tell me about it. Which keyboard has the most impressive and high-grade sounds? What are the advantages(+) and disadvantages(-) of them?

You can look at them side by side and see the interface is 'better' on the motif. The sounds are the same. The Motif has a 'semi-weighted' action which is more synth oriented while the s70xs has full weight. The screen size on the motif is big. Motif has some sequencer capabilities that the s70 doesn't. Which IMO doesn't matter in these days of computer editing. I had a Motif ES8 and rarely used all of its functions because it was like editing through a tiny screen and it was just easier to stick with the computer. It mostly comes down to the piano action as the biggest difference. You want the 'real' piano feel, go with the s70xs

The Motif 8 is fully weighted, the Motif 7 is 'semi weighted', as far as the specs say on the dealer sites.

Thanks for responses. Tomorrow I am going to musicstore to test these modeles using my ears. But I am concerned by some reviews about S70XS where there are some faults, e.g. while layering two sounds distortion appears and certain notes sound out of tune.

As Melodialworks Music already said...take a look at www.motifator.com.
There is actually a very similiar thread posted, scroll down a little bit and read Bad_Misters answer.
Which is better Motif XS 6/7/8 or Yamaha S70/90
