hello guys... what do u think if i really master all of the type of scales ( all minors, diminished, locrian and all) and get it up to tempo like around presto(~200)? will it help me in making my playing more smoother? my teacher thinks so too.,, but want to hear your thoughts... thnx in advance

Why not try for 208? The extra 8 will give you an even greater advantage.
