This custom search works much better than the built in one and allows searching older posts.

Im starting a piano quintet soon, but i dont now any quintets besides Schumanns. Suggest please.

Schumann is a good start. Most of them are much more difficult. Borodin is another good beginning quintet. There are a number of Mozart concertos that can be played as quintets, and some Soler quintets. After that, you might go for Dohnanyi, Franck, and Brahms. There are more contemporary works, as well. There are a few with bass instead of a second violin, notably by Schubert and Hummel.

.....is one of my favoritest pieces, of any kind, including anything. It has just about everything in it. You name it, it's got it. Beautiful, exciting, uplifting, terrifying, heavenly, dramatic, intellectual, folk.....

I did this sonata-vocalise, she, that is, the singer, nearly collapsed at the end, but such a good, and original piece! his pianosolos, I'm still not sure, sonata g-minor maybe...What are your thoughts?
