Beautiful, but awfully spendy (at least here in the states, you could get a nice 214 for less than that). Matching bench is cool. I'm surprised it has three pedals?

I would hire an independent technician to examine this piano. It may be a spectacular piano, but there is much more mediocre rebuilding going on out there than truly good rebuilding.

A Bosendorfer of this age may also have had the action "modernized", which can be a good thing - or not, depending on who does the work. The fact that the piano has three pedals means that it probably was modernized. Also, what work was performed and the quality of the work performed will mean quite a bit as to how the piano will perform over time.

I think this is the same piano I recently saw for sale on the web for much less than that (I think it was $9,900 (or else it was another old Bosendorfer grand). I was very interested, but didn't have the money. I knew it could be resold at several times the selling price.

Realize there is probably little "Bosendorfer" left in it, especially with Abel hammers, bass strings by an unknown maker, and a polyester finish.

A Bosendorfer is really a careful collection of specific parts and craftsmanship. There is a big problem with some dramatically sub-standard Bosendorfer rebuilds coming from what will be generically called "Eastern Europe". Many of these are modified into a cabinet style different from the original design. They often show flashy case work, quite different than anything we would build. Be especially careful of rebuilds in the "Vienna" style.

I may be able to determine, with a serial number, the age and original style of the piano. However, I cannot guarantee it since many records of that vintage were lost during WW II and a factory fire.

A good rebuild can be a good piano, even if it is something different from a true Bosendorfer. However, the quality of a rebuild cannot be determined from photos.

Strauss's own Bösendorfer was auctioned for about $60,000 US here in Oakland last September.

There is a nearly identical rebuilt 1907 Bosendorfer Strauss 7' grand for sale on pianomart.com for USD 36,500. The seller is in Germany and the piano does not have the CD player, but at half the price of what you are looking at it may be worth investigating. If I am reading the ad correctly, the ivory keys have been replaced with ivory from a wooly mammoth.

On that website there are many other rebuilt Bosendorfers from around that period.

Was the soundboard replaced? It doesn't mention it in the list of work performed. I'd expect it in a high end rebuild, expecially at this price point. High 70s US$ if I'm converting correctly from Aussie $.
