Good examples! The 4th Scherzo is a plane, the sonata movement is a whirlybird.  Only other example that comes quickly to mind: Prelude #19 (Eb major) And maybe the 11th etude (with the rolled chords), almost off the ground if not quite.

All of those parts where the right hand flies off in delicate arpeggios full of heavy chromaticism feel like flying. Like the 4rth scherzo for sure, those big runs in the FI, one bar at the beginning of his first ballade, "that bar" in the nocturne with "that bar" ( :P), in some of his waltzes.

Last movement of the 2nd sonata is a flight straight to hell, or at least a place that's not of this world. Sheer genius!
