Hey guys. I saw a CLP 230 in my local craigslist for $1399. I know that price is WAY too much. I was just interested in anybody who owns or has played this model and your opinion of a fair price. It sits in a nice area from the included pictures and appears to be in great shape. I know that used may not be ideal but this does have the GH3 keys from what I understand and I believe this piano would be better than say a new Privia PX130. I am in the market for something. I will be an adult beginner. I also saw a Roland KR177 for $995 the other day. Thanks in advance.

You're right, $1399 is too high. You could have bought it brand new for around $1800 four years ago. The only thing really lacking in the 230 is the sampling. It has just one-level sampling. But if you like the sound (and if you can get a fair price), then go for it.
