It either means you have been targeted by the Piano Forum hit men or you shop based in the lowest price store around.

When you click on it, it does some kind of "Share-it" function -- which is blocked on my computer I am using right now, because I'm at work and supposed to be working, not reading about pianos!

When it works properly, if you click on it, your computer will blow up. Or your piano, I forget which.
