Interesting, i've heard of another case like that. Of course he can't really pedal himself and there should be limits to the dexterity of the toes, but that's not so important. His motivation is inspiring!

So how's he using the pedal? He is not using the pedal. The pedal either has weight on or has a shim inserted to keep it down all the time. You can hear that there is no pedal change.

I played with my toes when I was two! (Sorry, couldn't resist. most toddlers do play with thier toes.  )
