I have the answer to happiness. Many have it.
Interests. Strong interests.
I can be happy with YouTube and it's many outstanding offerings, with guns, with musicical instruments, with an old farm tractor I partially restored, with picking blackberries and mosquitoes all around (with repellent), with listening to music via very good equipment, with a good cigar, with books, etc.
I have experienced a time when nothing interested me. I expect others here have also experienced this. This is typical of people with serious problems. You conquer those problems and you're a better, wiser person and then you begin to live and nothing can harm you, deeply.
I am rich with interests. The greatest wealth of all.
