Hi all, Before my synth arrives or very soon after I am looking to get myself some speakers for home use. I will be doing most of my practicing thru headphones,however on the odd occassion when everyone is out i am gonna want to listen to those sweet sounds out loud.

I have been looking around and have three in mind and was hoping some of you guys may have either had experience of these or indeed any others in mind.

Most people buy studio monitors. A pair of those with about 6 inch drivers in them would work ok for you. But much depends on what kind of music. Is this mostly a solo piano sound? If so then what I wrote about "full size" stereo speakers applies. Cost is well inside your budget. Sorry but I don't like any of the ones you listed. You need a stereo pair of speakers and they should be a physically large as you have space for.
