At the very least, you should probably take a vacuum to it every week or so, and connect it to a surge protector.

If you want to go all out, purchase a power conditioner, which will protect it against minor power fluctuations and extend the life of your piano.

No maintenance required except dusting. Sometimes every few weeks, I'll clean the keys with a towel very slightly damp with weak solution of dish washing soap. I think that is the best part of a digital piano, no maintenance.

1. I use a good quality surge protector.
2. I never stack anything on my piano such as music books, decorative objects, nothing…
3. No drinks (I’m often tempted though) or food while at the piano
4. I always wash my hands before practice; if my hands get sweaty I might occasionally interrupt my practice and wash my hands again.
5. I use a micro-fiber towel (very soft, and equally important, it’s lint free; also it’s washable and reusable) to gently wipe the keys after each practice session. It really only takes a few wipes up and down the keys. My keys are never greasy!
6. I always keep the cover on when not practicing.
