how to produce a rapid and soft sounding trills? for example when i play nocturne op 9 no 2, my trill sounds rough and sometimes it is not even.. and how do you guys make your left hand (accompaniment) more softer and even sounding?

Trilling: Not all of the fingers can trill equally well. I find it easiest with fingers two and three. But practice with the other fingers, too, to gain skill.

Much of the ability to trill depends on the quality and upkeep of the piano action. An upright won't trill as easily as a grand. A worn, out-of-regulation action won't trill well either. Regardless, it takes lots of practice. It doesn't come quickly or easily.

Left hand: It's just too easy to be heavy with the left hand. It takes practice to get one hand to play differently from the other. Practice, practice, practice.
