personal interest, you don't have to participate. But, many do, and it is simply interesting, non-scientific data

I don“t see many answers to your questions. I want to make clear to you that I am not participating.

What are you looking for?

You are the first left handed tuner I know about, who tunes upright with the right hand!

I am left handed and I tune only grands with my right hand.

I know you asked for women.

Sorry.

I have a left handed woman working here who tunes right handed, in spite of my intervention. She was taught by a right handed person.

I'm also left handed, and tune uprights left handed, and grands right handed.

Take care,

Steve

AS a leftie, I have to take a middle stance in moving about in the world. Things I do are all mixed up. I can iron cloths with either; I throw a ball over hand with left, under with right; I tune only with right. The test for left-handedness is: "close you eyes and turn around" If a person goes left.... that defines. Also part & parcel of the reason so many lefties don't live too long, we are accident prone in a right-handed world. Traffic scenarios.... yikes, we go LEFT into traffic. ;-0S

well, I just do it in a way that works. I am left handed, so most fine skills go to that hand, the primary reason I can no longer do action renovation since I sand hammers with left. However, since I tune with right hand, that part is still ok. sm

Not a woman, but I'm left handed and tune with my right hand.

Thanks Eric, it was simply interest on my part, originally a survey connected to other related questions. I'm a leftie woman, tune with right, ... therefore I was curious about how other lefties handle, regardless of gender. Turns out that some "righties" actually switch to left.... go figure.
I just find the feedback amazing, and food for thought. SM
