I'm not sure of the question but here are the chords for a blues in G:

G C G G7
C Cm G
E7 Am7 D7 G
with a turnaround using D7.

If you can find the notes of these six chords then perhaps you have your answer.

Noo I meant, at the very end of the piece he plays 2 chords - one resolves nicely onto the other. What are they? I can't figure out the voicings.
