I am interested in what other dealers are doing,in these difficult times,to attract customers into their stores.Alternatively,if you are not a dealer,what would you like to see done in the stores to bring you in?Would you enjoy more in-store performances,master classes,information sessions on piano construction.....?
We are also involved in community support.What could your dealer do to get your interest and support?

Something to keep the kids to be occupied while mom and/or dad gets to spend time with the pianos and staff. As to promotional events, maybe a pre-scheduled group tour of inventory highlights? Like speed-shopping

We are also involved in community support.What could your dealer do to get your interest and support? What does your store do to support the community? Do you support the entire arts community or just offer local music teachers a place for recitals? IMO you cannot do too much community outreach. I don't believe either of the stores in my area do as much as they could. The third is no longer in the area because it did even less. So please tell us what your store does to support your local arts.
