I haven't laughed harder in my life. Imagine him doing the Chopin Etude Op. 10 No. 3 or the Ravel Pavane for a dead princess. Or the Schumann Toccata!! wink It would sound terrible it would be hilarious!

Maybe I could play the piano part to Schubert's "Gretchen am Spinrade" (I've played that song before) and he plays the melody of what the vocalist would sing!

A musical saw isn't something you can just buy at a hardware store, doncha know? It's a specialised instrument that comes with a gig bag and everything!

Here's the slide sax (made by Swanee), which was a fad in the 20's and 30's. You might recognise the sound from old cartoons.

Here's a Sarussophone that belongs to a friend of mine- Phil Holcomb of Phil's Rugs 'n' Relics

It's supposed to be played with its own double-reed mouthpiece, but the contrabassoon mouthpiece doesn't do a bad job. Some jazz guys play the alto and tenor sarrussophone. They're being made again.

Y'know . . . I've been studying this guy's face and body-language, and I don't think the sound is coming from his hands . . . notice how he has to lean to one side?
